What is the typical timeframe for each project?
While we would love to have an established timeframe for each design build, the reality is that we must allow for the distinctive needs of our clients. Websites that require extensive programming, such as e-commerce, are generally more involved and often take longer to configure. Content submission is also key. Delayed content can extend a deadline and result in an extended turn around time. On the other hand, content that is submitted in a timely fashion helps to speed up the design process. In any case, our designers will work expeditiously to complete your website in a timely manner.
Can I use my existing website address?
Yes! Our designers will work with your existing domain name.
Can you help me register my domain name?
Yes! Our designers will help you register a new domain name if needed.
What does it mean to 'host' a website?
Primarily, hosting is the method by which a website is transferred to a server for the purposes of being viewed across the Internet. To alleviate the burden of finding your own web hosting company, you’ll have the option of having Site Grind add in a web hosting package to any website design or redesign project.
Do you offer hosting services?
Yes! Our hosting options include personal and business plans for all your site-related needs. While our business plan offers more data storage and faster data transfers, we will help you select a plan that's just right for you.
Can you create a logo to go with our website?
Absolutely! In fact, along with designing logos, we also design brochures, business cards and stationery to compliment your website.
Do you work with small companies or individuals?
Absolutely! We work with both large and small businesses, corporations, professional organizations, home businesses, startup companies, and individuals.
Will we get a chance to review my website before it is launched?
Certainly! During the design process, our designers work closely with you to create a website that best suits your needs. Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your website.
How do you handle payments?
Once we understand your expectations, we will submit a cost estimate to you for your approval. At this time, payment will be handled in stages:
1) At signing of contract to engage our design services.
2) Approval of the design composition.
3) Approval of the live site.
